brazilian wax was acceptable, last minute price was good. But although I've been coming here for about 10 years this time I had to tell Rosa multiple times that the wax was too hot. I'm not sensitive to wax anymore but this was repeated several times and she didn't seem to get the idea that she needed to let the wax cool a bit more first. Not terrible but I would not want to have Rosa again, otherwise ladywax is fine for waxing but the person that works on you can be hit or miss.
